Overview

The high-temperature and high-pressure interfacial rheometer (interfacial tension meter) TRACKER HTHP 500 is used to characterize surface properties, measure surface or interfacial tension, contact angle, and study interfacial rheology, and is suitable for applications under high-temperature and high-pressure testing conditions.

Product Details

TECLIS Scientific, a French instrument company, is committed to developing professional interface scientific instruments and providing relevant technologies and consulting services to comprehensively characterize foam, lotion and other dispersion systems. The company provides a complete set of testing instruments for studying and understanding the surface and interface characteristics of liquids/liquids, solids/liquids, and gases/liquids. TECLIS uses innovative technology to develop instruments and software solutions that are convenient for researchers to use.

The Teclis brandHigh temperature and high pressure interface rheometer (interface tension meter)The TRACKER HTHP 500 is used to characterize surface properties, measure surface or interfacial tension, contact angle, and study interfacial rheology, and is suitable for applications under high temperature and high pressure testing conditions.

High temperature and high pressure interface rheometer (interface tension meter)The TRACKER HTHP 500 is designed specifically for various applications, suitable for extremely complex experimental conditions, and can be measured at temperatures up to 200 ℃ and pressures up to 500 bar. The design of the high-voltage unit has been certified by CETIM.

TRACKER software

Control and monitor experimental parameters: volume, temperature, pressure, time

Real time measurement and display: surface/interface tension (0.01-1000 mN/m/± 0.01 mN/m)

Real time measurement and display: Contact angle (0-180 °/± 0.1 °)/Contact angle measurement automatically determines baseline

Measurement of interface expansion rheology:

||Oscillation frequency: 0.001Hz-2Hz

||Droplet volume change: ± 0.1 µ l - ± 100 µ l

||Volume change rate: 0.01 µ l/s -20 µ l/s

||Time: The area of droplets or bubbles remains constant during oscillation for several hours, including at the gas-liquid interface

||Calculation of Viscoelastic Modulus and Stiffness Coefficient

Data saving (charts and values)

Open file/create video/recalculate based on recorded images

Comparison file: It is easy to display the comparison of multiple experiments in the software before exporting the data

Export data through txt file (e.g. EXCEL)
