The DPTS-2000E high-temperature dielectric temperature spectrum bias dielectric testing system is suitable for testing the dielectric tunability of dielectric materials in high-temperature environments. The system software has complete measurement and analysis functions, which can measure the variation of dielectric constant and dielectric loss with electric field E, temperature T, frequency f, and obtain the relationship curve between dielectric constant, dielectric tunability, dielectric loss, optimization factor FoM, and electric field E and temperature T.

It has complete measurement and analysis functions, and can measure the variation of dielectric constant and dielectric loss with electric field E, temperature T, and frequency f. Therefore, the relationship curve between dielectric constant, dielectric tunability, dielectric loss, optimization factor FoM, and electric field E and temperature T can be obtained.

Dielectric nonlinearity refers to the variation of dielectric constant with the applied electric field, which reflects the nonlinear relationship between polarization strength and electric field strength. This dielectric nonlinearity can be applied in microwave circuits by changing the dielectric constant of the circuit through an external electric field, thereby controlling the wave velocity and wavelength of electromagnetic waves to achieve a change in phase shift.

There are many testing methods for the dielectric constant characteristics of materials under different electric fields. If an impedance analyzer (or LCR meter) with a DC bias power supply is used for direct measurement, this method is only suitable for small signal testing under low DC bias. The maximum DC bias can reach 40V, and most impedance analyzers (or LCR meters) come with a built-in DC bias of 5V.

The high-temperature testing chamber is configured with resistance wire as the heating element, using T-type thermocouple and programmable temperature controller. The furnace adopts an all metal furnace, with a high temperature of up to 260 ℃ and a temperature control accuracy of ± 0.1 ℃; At the same time, there is a ventilation interface that can be used under inert gas conditions.
