The high-temperature constant temperature circulating heater is a circulating and constant temperature heating device specially designed and produced for the double-layer glass reactor produced by our factory. It can conveniently provide a circulating constant temperature heat source for double-layer reaction vessels, and can also be used for other devices and occasions that require circulating constant temperature heating.

1. The pot body is made of stainless steel with a one-time forming process, which has anti-corrosion properties;
2. Accurate temperature control, digital display, PID control, automatic constant temperature control;
3.304 stainless steel inner liner, outer shell adopts cold plate electrostatic spraying;
4. The electric heating tube is designed around the bottom of the inner groove, which can provide fast heating and high thermal efficiency in the middle of the heat transfer oil;
5. Adopting solid-state relay control circuit, contactless, no open flame, increasing lifespan.
6. Can be used for both water and oil purposes.

1. The power plug should be inserted into a three eye socket with a protective grounding wire to ensure that the motor casing is grounded;

For safety reasons, heating power above 3KW needs to be directly connected to an air switch;

3. The equipment should be placed in a dry fume hood or in the ventilation opening of the laboratory.

To improve the quality of your use, please choose: (Our factory's specially formulated oil for oil bath pots!) During use, maintain the specified oil level and change the oil regularly. When changing the oil, all the old oil should be drained, and the interior should be rinsed with new oil before adding new oil. During use, impurities should be prevented from entering to avoid affecting the quality of the oil.
