CQ stainless steel magnetic pump is a leak free centrifugal pump that adopts magnetic coupling transmission technology. It is widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, petroleum, electroplating, environmental protection and other fields, especially suitable for transporting flammable, explosive, toxic or valuable liquids.

Core working principle

The pump achieves non-contact power transmission through a permanent magnet coupling:

The motor drives the outer magnetic steel to rotate, generating a rotating magnetic field;

The magnetic field penetrates the non-magnetic isolation sleeve and drives the synchronous rotation of the internal magnetic steel integrated with the impeller;

Realize the transformation from "dynamic sealing" to "static sealing", achieving a fully enclosed and leak free conveying effect.

Main structural components

Pump body and impeller: mostly made of 304/316 stainless steel, with strong corrosion resistance;

Magnetic actuator: composed of an outer magnetic rotor, an inner magnetic rotor, and an isolation sleeve;

Sliding bearings: commonly used self-lubricating materials such as engineering ceramics and impregnated graphite;

Sealing structure: Fluororubber sealing ring+silicon carbide/alumina ceramic dynamic and static rings.

Precautions for use

Strictly prohibit idling: Lubrication and cooling rely on the conveying medium, and idling can burn bearings and magnets;

Media filtration: When containing particulate matter, a filter screen needs to be installed, and for ferromagnetic substances, a magnetic filter needs to be added;

Temperature control: The ambient temperature is less than 40 ℃, and the temperature rise of the motor does not exceed 75 ℃;

Regular maintenance: Check the wear of the bearings after 500 hours of operation and replace vulnerable parts in a timely manner.
