The design of fluoroplastic magnetic pump not only has the advantages of compact structure, beautiful appearance, small volume, low noise, and reliable operation of ordinary magnetic pumps, but also all its overcurrent components are made of the world's excellent corrosion-resistant "Plastic King" (fluoroplastic), and the isolation sleeve is made of special materials, which have high-strength mechanical properties and eliminate the magnetic eddy current phenomenon of ordinary magnetic pumps. Therefore, fluoroplastic magnetic pumps can transport corrosive media such as acids, alkalis, oxidants, etc. of any concentration (strength) without damage. The leak proof design eliminates the shaft seal and uses magnetic coupling to indirectly drive, eliminating the trouble of dripping and never polluting the usage site.

working principle
The driving device adopts an active magnetic coupling directly installed on the motor shaft, and the pump chamber is closed. Through magnetic coupling, the impeller with a magnet on the pump shaft is indirectly driven to rotate, which is compact, safe and energy-saving. The sturdy and durable pump body structure, although the liquid contact part is made of fluoroplastic, the pump housing is made of metal material, so the pump body is able to withstand the weight of the pipeline and withstand mechanical impacts. Fluoroplastic magnetic pump consists of three parts: pump, magnetic transmission, and electric motor. The key component of the magnetic transmission is composed of an outer magnetic rotor, an inner magnetic rotor, and a non-magnetic isolation sleeve. When the electric motor drives the outer magnetic rotor to rotate, the magnetic field can penetrate the air gap and non-magnetic substances, driving the inner magnetic rotor connected to the impeller to rotate synchronously, achieving non-contact transmission of power and transforming the dynamic seal into a static seal. Due to the pump shaft and inner magnetic rotor being sealed by the pump body and isolation sleeve, the problems of "running, emitting, dripping, and leaking" have been solved, eliminating the safety hazards of flammable, explosive, toxic, and harmful media leaking through the pump seal in the refining and chemical industry, effectively ensuring the physical and mental health and safe production of employees.
