Installation and use:

The installation of pipeline pumps must strictly follow the operating specifications to ensure safe and efficient operation of the equipment and extend its service life. According to publicly available information, the installation points are as follows:

Pre-installation preparation

Verify the model: Confirm that the pump model, specifications, and operating conditions match, and carefully read the product manual.

Check fasteners: After transportation, check whether the bolts in each part are loose and tighten them again if necessary; Correct the concentricity between the pump shaft and the motor shaft.

Installation requirements

Pipeline support: It is strictly prohibited to directly press the weight of the suction or discharge pipeline onto the inlet and outlet flanges of the pump. An independent support frame must be set up to prevent deformation and damage to the pump body.

Inlet configuration:

If the installation position of the pump is higher than the liquid level (within the allowable suction range), a bottom valve should be installed at the end of the suction pipe, and a filling screw hole and valve should be set in the discharge pipe to facilitate pump filling before starting.

The suction pipe should be as short and straight as possible, with no more than two 90 ° elbows to avoid air leakage and hydraulic loss.

Export configuration: Valves should be installed on the export pipe, and the operation should follow the principle of "start the machine first, then open the valve; close the valve first, then stop the machine".

Medium requirements: The conveyed liquid must not contain sediment or long fiber soft impurities to prevent clogging of the impeller or damage to the mechanical seal.
