And eliminate changes in pulp pressure, flow rate, or concentration before entering the pulp box, while maintaining its stability, which is beneficial for the formation of paper sheets and the stability of quality.
Structural features:

Structural principle:
The ZCE series deaerator consists of multiple slurry injection pipes, high rotation rate and low pressure drop nozzles, overflow weir plates, and deaerator bodies.
The ZCE series deaerator installed in the paper machine sizing system sends the slurry from the slag remover under pressure into multiple slurry inlet pipes. It is strongly sprayed onto the top of the deaerator through a high-speed nozzle, dispersing the slurry into many small droplets and forming a liquid film that moves along the cylindrical surface of the deaerator; The vacuum degree inside the deaerator has a boiling effect on the slurry, causing free gases and bubbles in the slurry to expand at low pressure; And the impact ruptures, effectively separating the residual and bound air through three physical processes: spraying, impact, boiling, etc., causing 100% of the air in the slurry to escape and the fiber flocs to be released. At the same time, the fluctuation of slurry concentration is divided into small independent component monomers, which stay in the deaerator for a certain period of time. Under the action of a specially designed weir plate, the slurry flow is reversed in the deaerator, effectively controlling the slurry flow pulsation and concentration fluctuation with frequencies higher than 0.03Hz.
The sprayed slurry passes through the Spinjet low-pressure jet nozzle in the slag remover, and the spraying effect of the nozzle maximizes the exposed area of the droplets and improves the air removal rate.
The jet collides with the slurry and hits the top of the deaerator, shattering the fiber bundles in the slurry and causing the bubbles adhered to the fibers to detach. The inner surface of the deaerator can prevent any scaling from occurring.
The boiling deaerator maintains the absolute pressure inside at the boiling point corresponding to the slurry temperature through a self-adjusting vacuum system, ensuring that the detached air in the deaerator can be removed
