High quality macroporous strongly acidic cation exchange resinWhat is the regeneration method for softened resin? Jinda softening resin is a type of resin used to soften hard water, which uses ion exchange technology to make the hardness of water less than 50mg/L. Ion exchange is a special dynamic adsorption process, usually carried out by insoluble ion exchangers in electrolyte solutions, which are ion exchange resins.
Resin regeneration is an important part of ion exchange water treatment. There are many factors that affect the regeneration effect, such as the regeneration method, the type, purity, and dosage of the regeneration agent, the concentration, flow rate, and temperature of the regeneration solution. To achieve good regeneration results, adjustment tests must be conducted to determine optimal regeneration conditions.
1. Regeneration method
The regeneration methods of softened resin can be divided into three types: co current, convection, and diversion according to the flow direction of the regeneration solution and the water flow direction during operation.
Downstream regeneration refers to a regeneration method in which the flow direction of the regeneration solution is consistent with the direction of the water flow during operation, usually flowing from top to bottom.
Convection regeneration refers to the flow direction of the regeneration solution being relative to the direction of the water flow during operation. Traditionally, the water treatment process where the water flows downwards and the regeneration liquid flows upwards during operation is called counter current regeneration process. Move the water upwards during operation, causing the bed to float; The water treatment process in which the regeneration liquid flows downwards during regeneration is called the floating bed process. Convection regeneration can achieve high regeneration efficiency of the resin layer at the outlet, resulting in good effluent quality.
2. Varieties and purity of regenerants
It is generally believed that the regeneration effect of hydrochloric acid is better than that of sulfuric acid, and the cost of sulfuric acid regeneration is lower than that of hydrochloric acid. The high purity and low impurity content of the rejuvenator result in a higher degree of resin regeneration, especially with a greater impact on the anion resin.
3. Regeneration agent dosage
The amount of regenerant used is an important factor affecting regeneration, and its concept is the amount of regenerant used per unit volume of resin. Another commonly used indicator is the specific consumption of regenerant, which refers to the ratio of the amount of regenerant input to the working exchange capacity of the obtained resin.

What are the reasons for the influence of raw water on Jinda softened water resin? Previous: What are the special considerations for anion exchange resin pretreatment?

It goes through the following steps (I) to pass the aqueous solution of oyster peptide through a filter of diatomaceous earth and circulate it for 0.5? 1.0 hour; (II) Pass the aqueous solution obtained in step I through a mixed bed of anionic resin and cationic resin. What is the weight ratio of anionic resin to cationic resin? 11.5? 2. By using a mixed bed of anions and cations with a flow rate of 5, the present invention can desalinate oyster peptides, reducing the sodium content in the product to less than 0.5%, reducing the loss rate of peptide substances, and resulting in a product with no salty taste. The method steps of the present invention are reasonable and feasible, and can be widely used in the precision processing of oyster peptides.
