Product Details

High pressure fan, fishery aquaculture oxygenation 2RB vortex fan

High pressure fan, abbreviated as high-pressure blower, is a type of fan with a wind pressure range of 30kPa to 200KPa or a compression ratio e between 1.3 and 3 under design conditions. In the industry, gas ring vacuum pumps are usually classified as a type of high-pressure fan. Unlike ordinary centrifugal blowers, high-pressure blowers have their own characteristics and application areas. Next, we will delve into the various characteristics, application scenarios, and purchasing guidelines of high-pressure fans.

2、 Detailed explanation of the working principle of high-pressure fan:

When the impeller of the high-pressure fan starts to rotate, the gas is pushed towards the outside of the impeller under the action of centrifugal force, forming a series of spiral motion trajectories. These spiral shaped trajectories accelerate the rotation of air between the impeller blades and force it out of the side grooves. When these gases enter the side channel, the pressure of the gas further increases due to the compression effect of the channel. As the gas continues to rotate, its kinetic energy gradually increases, causing the gas pressure passing through the side channel to continue to rise. Finally, when the gas reaches the connection between the side groove and the discharge flange, it is squeezed out of the blades and discharged from the pump body through the outlet muffler.

3、 Structural analysis of high-pressure fan:

The main structure of a high-pressure fan includes key components such as impellers, side slots, side channels, and discharge flanges. The impeller is the core of the fan, and its rotation drives the spiral motion trajectory of the gas, thereby achieving acceleration and extrusion of the gas. The side groove is responsible for guiding gas into the side channel, and the compression effect of the side channel further increases the pressure of the gas. The connection between the discharge flange and the side groove is the critical location where gas is squeezed out of the blades and discharged. The synergistic effect of these components together forms the working foundation of the high-pressure fan.
Motor: Adopting a wide voltage/dual frequency design, options include IE3 motors, explosion-proof motors, and motors that meet special customization needs.
Import and export air ducts: easy for customers to connect with pipelines, and also have certain muffler functions.
Impeller: Made of die cast aluminum alloy material, lightweight, ensuring that the overall vibration of the machine is controlled at a low level.
Bearings: Imported NSK or SKF brands are selected to ensure high reliability and long service life.
Chassis: Made of aluminum alloy material, with excellent die-casting technology and outstanding processing performance.
Sealing ring: Provides multiple forms of selection to adapt to different practical environmental requirements.

4、 Product classification

Fans, mechanical equipment used for gas flow, can be classified into various types based on their gas flow direction, such as centrifugal, axial, diagonal, and cross flow. In a centrifugal fan, the electric motor drives the impeller to rotate inside the snail shell, and sucks in air through the suction port at the center of the impeller. Due to the power of the blades, the gas pressure and velocity are increased. Under the action of centrifugal force, gas is thrown along the blade path towards the casing and ultimately discharged from the exhaust port. Due to the fact that gas flow mainly occurs in the radial plane, centrifugal fans are also commonly referred to as radial flow fans.

In addition, fans can be classified according to the number of built-in impellers, including single-stage fans, two-stage fans, and three-stage fans. The single-stage high-pressure fan has a simple design and only includes one impeller, with moderate air volume. It is commonly used in equipment such as food machinery, pharmaceutical machinery, and material conveyors. The two-stage high-pressure fan, on the other hand, has two impellers with faster speed and larger air volume, which can meet the mechanical equipment requirements of high air volume, high air pressure, and high-speed operation.
