The manual pump and jack are integrated, with a compact and durable structure. It uses LCD display to accurately record the bonding force value and provide peak retention. The product uses nickel hydrogen rechargeable batteries, which are compact and lightweight, with a total weight of about 3 kilograms, making it easy to carry and use on site.
The digital anchor rod pull-out tester meets the requirements of the "Inspection Standard for Bonding Strength of Decorative Bricks in Building Engineering JGJ110-97". The specifications of the standard blocks used are 95mm × 45mm × 8mm and 40mm × 40mm × 8mm, and the specifications of the insulation material standard test block are 100mm × 100mm × 8mm. When meeting the qualified requirements, the small tensile force is 0.64kN and the large tensile force is 2.56kN. In response to the low bonding strength and small bonding force of decorative bricks, the large tensile force is specially designed to be 6.00kN to ensure the detection accuracy of the instrument.
