Scope of application

The "one to many" separated vacuum suction machine has powerful functions, simple operation, and easy installation. Can be paired with two to twelve vacuum hoppers, suitable for multiple dehumidification dryers (such as two machine integrated ODD) or separate weighing mixing machines OGB and other plastic raw material processing sites. It can also be used for conveying one to two, one to three, or one to many (up to one to twelve) types of raw materials, which can save a lot of costs.

Working principle

The control device starts the vacuum motor to extract air from the hopper, while closing the discharge valve device to create negative pressure inside the hopper. Under negative pressure, external materials are carried into the hopper by the airflow through the conveying pipe. At the end of the feeding time, the vacuum motor stops working, and the internal feeding valve device valve is pushed open by the raw material. The material flows out of the hopper and enters the forming machine or other equipment.
