High frequency vibration screening instrument (vibrating screen): The screening instrument is a modern laboratory equipment for sample pretreatment, which can fully replace the traditional manual use of analytical screening to screen samples and improve laboratory efficiency. Widely used in laboratories in industries such as soil, environment, pharmaceuticals, metallurgy, food, chemical, and materials, it is commonly used for particle size determination, separation, and grading of powders, small pieces, loose materials, and suspended solids.
High frequency vibration screening instrument (oscillation screen)It is an instrument and equipment for sample pretreatment in modern laboratories, which can fully replace the traditional manual use of analytical sieves to screen samples and improve laboratory efficiency. Widely used in laboratories in industries such as soil, environment, pharmaceuticals, metallurgy, food, chemical, and materials, it is commonly used for particle size determination, separation, and grading of powders, small pieces, loose materials, and suspended solids.
It can adapt to analytical sieves with different diameters ranging from 100mm, 150mm to 203mm. The laboratory can flexibly choose analytical sieves according to the specific needs of the screened samples. Larger diameters provide higher efficiency, while smaller diameters avoid sample loss due to small sample sizes. Rapid separation of different particle sizes of experimental samples is achieved through high-frequency electromagnetic vibration. The analysis sieve made of stainless steel and nylon, two different materials, can adapt to the characteristics of various samples. Combined with a 9-level multi granularity sieve and a clever design for both dry and wet use, it can easily adapt to different application scenarios. While achieving rapid screening of experimental samples, it further improves the versatility of application scenarios and reduces laboratory costs.
Working principle:
High frequency vibration screening instrument (oscillation screen)By using an electromagnetic driven vibration platform for high-frequency vibration, the sample undergoes three-dimensional parabolic motion inside the analysis sieve. The falling sample is evenly distributed on the surface of the sieve and passes through the holes of the sieve, achieving separation of samples of different particle sizes.
During a single screening process, multiple levels of analytical sieves with different particle sizes can be installed. The initial state of the sample is placed in the topmost analytical sieve, and under the vibration of the screening platform, it falls step by step into analytical sieves with different mesh sizes. The finest sample falls back into the collection tray at the bottom.
