Overview
The high-frequency DC high voltage generator adopts a high-frequency voltage doubling circuit and applies * PWM pulse width modulation technology to improve the power supply adjustment rate and load adjustment rate, resulting in high voltage stability and low ripple. Using imported high-power IGBT devices and their driving technology to eliminate switch interference and achieve high quality and portability of high-voltage generators. Selecting imported high-frequency and high-voltage rectifier diodes makes the voltage doubler more compact and lightweight, improving the overall efficiency of the machine. According to the theories of EMI electromagnetic interference and EMC electromagnetic compatibility, measures such as shielding, isolation, and grounding are adopted to enhance the safety of the entire machine and withstand rated voltage discharge without damage.

Stable output voltage:High frequency DC high voltage generatorBy using high-frequency voltage doubling circuit, applying new PWM pulse width modulation technology and voltage current dual loop feedback technology, the power supply adjustment rate and load adjustment rate are improved, resulting in high voltage stability and low ripple.
2. Comprehensive protection: It has complete protection functions, including zero protection, overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, and breakdown protection. The protection circuit uses nanosecond level dedicated sensors, which act quickly and reliably, effectively ensuring personal and equipment safety.
3. 0.75U Function: An intelligent high-precision 0.75U function button is added. Pressing this button will automatically switch the voltage and current to the 0.75U state, which is beneficial for testing zinc oxide lightning arresters.
4. Zero to zero boost: The boost potentiometer uses an imported multi turn potentiometer for zero to zero boost, ensuring a smooth boost process and high adjustment accuracy.
5. Overvoltage setting: The overvoltage setting uses a digital dip switch, which is easy to operate and has high setting accuracy.
6. Integrated design: Adopting an integrated design scheme, the host and the pressure doubler are placed in one chassis. Imported high-frequency and high-voltage rectifier diodes are selected to make the voltage doubler compact in size, improve overall efficiency, and facilitate portability.
7. Reliable performance: High performance imported components are selected for key components, and special insulation materials are coated on the surface of the pressure doubling cylinder, which has good electrical performance, strong moisture resistance, and no leakage.
