The high and low temperature impact test chamber is widely used in industries such as electronics and electrical appliances, automation components, communication components, automotive parts, metals, chemical materials, plastics, etc. Mainly used to test the tolerance of materials or products in high and low temperature rapid conversion environments, and to detect chemical changes or physical damage caused by thermal expansion and contraction.

High and low temperature cold and hot temperature impact test chamberRefrigeration system: A binary cascade refrigeration system consisting of one semi enclosed compressor and one fully enclosed single-stage refrigeration system. Using temperature balance technology (single-stage automatic cascade system), two different refrigerants with different evaporation temperatures are used to change the cooling effect of the refrigerant through an electromagnetic valve, thereby achieving ideal low temperature for single-stage automatic cascade refrigeration and truly realizing single compressor refrigeration. Compared to the previous method of using two-stage cascade refrigeration for temperatures below -35 ℃, which consumes a lot of energy and produces high noise from both compressors, the use of this technology can minimize customer operating costs and extend the lifespan of the compressors, saving electricity costs throughout the equipment's lifecycle.

Refrigerant: DUPONT R502 (high temperature cycle) and R23 (low temperature cycle) are used;

Auxiliary components: Expansion valve (SPORLAN, USA), solenoid valve (CAS, Italy); Filter (SPORLAN, USA); Pressure controller (RANCO, UK and US); Refrigeration components such as oil separators (European and American ALCO) are all imported.

Adopting compressor rubber pads and spring vibration reduction measures; The refrigeration system pipeline adopts the method of adding R and elbows to avoid the deformation of copper pipes caused by vibration and temperature changes, which may cause the refrigeration system pipeline to rupture.

Heating system: finned heat dissipation tube shaped nickel chromium alloy electric heating type

Air circulation device: equipped with an air chamber, a circulating air duct, and a stainless steel long shaft ventilation fan. It uses a refrigeration unit and an energy regulation system to effectively exchange heat through the ventilation fan, achieving the goal of temperature change. By adjusting the adjustable air damper through the air outlet, the temperature uniformity of the test chamber has been greatly improved.

Temperature control system:

7-inch LCD digital touch screen controller, with simple screen operation, easy program editing, and the ability to use various temperature alternating test conditions. It has an RS232 communication interface and software, and can perform parameter setting, editing, programming, and experimental data storage and printing on a computer.

It can automatically preheat and pre cool in advance during the scheduled start-up time control, and can choose to start cycling or impacting with high or low temperature. It has a set number of cycles and automatic defrosting function.

Equipped with fully automatic and high-precision system circuits, the operation of any component is locked and processed by PLC, with high temperature control accuracy and PID automatic calculation control.

It can independently set three different conditions: high temperature, low temperature, and thermal shock, and has the function of a high and low temperature testing machine.

Construction of cold and hot shock test box body:

The inner box is made of SUS # 304 stainless steel plate, and the outer box is made of SEEC steel plate with electrostatic spraying or stainless steel brushed plate. The test chamber adopts a modular structure, consisting of a high-temperature test chamber located at the upper part, a low-temperature test box located at the lower part, a refrigeration unit cabinet located at the rear, and an electrical control cabinet (system) located on the left rear panel. This method has a small footprint, compact structure, and beautiful appearance. The refrigeration unit is placed in an independent unit box to reduce the impact of vibration and noise during the operation of the refrigeration unit on the test box, and to facilitate the installation and maintenance of the unit. The electrical control panel is placed on the left side panel of the test box for easy operation.

Outer wall material of the box: SEEC steel plate, surface treated with electrostatic color spraying.

Inner wall material of the box: SUS304 stainless steel plate, corrosion-resistant, easy to clean, and aesthetically pleasing.

Insulation material: High strength PU with high-density aluminum silicate cotton filling, achieving excellent insulation effect.

Sample rack: Stainless steel sample rack with up and down sliding rails. The dual force cylinder is used to provide smooth and uniform power, and the positioning device of the sample holder is an indirect electric sensor.

Cable threading hole: A sliding cable threading tube is installed at the top of the sample rack and the high temperature test box.
