AMG-RF795A/AMG-RF795B is based on the admittance principle, consisting of two plates of a capacitor formed by a probe inside the container and the container wall. The dielectric material of the capacitor is composed of the air between the probe and the container wall, as well as the insulation layer of the probe itself. When the material inside the container rises and comes into contact with the probe, some of the air in the dielectric material of the capacitor is replaced by the material. Because various materials (dielectric constant>1) have different dielectric constants from air (dielectric constant=1), the capacitance and total impedance of the capacitor also change accordingly. After this change is measured by the circuit, it is compared with the reference value set by the potentiometer through an amplifier and converted into a relay signal output.
The correct setting of the reference value will directly affect the correct state of the relay output signal.
Based on radio frequency technology, the measurement circuit applies a radio frequency simultaneously to the measuring end of the probe and the protective cover. Since the current cannot flow at the same potential, the energized protective cover blocks the current from the measuring end of the probe through the accumulated material on the protective cover to the container wall.
This measures the material between the probe measuring end and the container wall, eliminating the accumulation of material on the probe, thus achieving the effect of anti adhesion measurement.
