4、 Equipment acceptance
(1) The design, manufacturing, and testing of the equipment shall be fully implemented by Party B under the guidance of this technical specification. Any matters not covered in the specification shall be resolved through consultation with Party A;
(2) The equipment adopts a one-time on-site final acceptance method;
(3) After the equipment arrives at the site, Party B shall provide free on-site installation and debugging, and the final on-site acceptance shall be jointly participated by the user, Party B, and others. The final on-site acceptance includes operational testing, safety protection testing, control system testing, and accuracy verification testing;
(4) The second party shall provide on-site operation and technical training to the users;
(5) Standard leakage holes have a first level detection certificate;
(6) Any other matters not covered in the acceptance shall be handled in accordance with the purchase contract and relevant regulations.
