The heating cycle refrigeration integrated machine has both cooling and heating functions. It consists of a refrigeration unit, a heating unit, a circulation system, and a control system.
The refrigeration part uses a fully enclosed compressor for mechanical refrigeration, consisting of plate heat exchangers, expansion valves, pressure protectors, etc. to achieve cooling requirements. The heating part uses electric heating tubes to heat the circulating liquid.
And through the built-in circulation pump and external circulation pipeline, the refrigerant or heat medium is transported to the interlayer of the supporting equipment, indirectly cooling and heating the materials in the reactor.
When circulating externally, connect the upper outlet pipeline of this product to the lower inlet pipeline of the kettle body, and the circulating liquid returns to the lower return port of this product through the pipeline from the upper circulation port, forming a complete circulation space.
This device can quickly switch between heating and cooling, using the same medium (high and low temperature silicone oil). After connection, there is no need to change the medium, which improves the disadvantage of requiring two different instruments to complete heating and cooling in the past.
The entire liquid circulation of the heating cycle refrigeration integrated machine is sealed with an expansion container. The expansion container and the liquid circulation are insulated and do not participate in the liquid circulation. They are only mechanically connected. Regardless of whether the temperature of the liquid circulation is high or low, the medium in the expansion container is below 60 degrees. It can achieve no absorption of water vapor at low temperatures and no generation of oil mist at high temperatures.
