Product Details

Jccrm 411HbA1c measurement standard substance

English name: Certified Reference Material for Measurement of HbA1c

Brand: ReCCS Standard from Japan

The JCCRM 400 critical value standard for HbA1c testing mainly uses dry calibration conventional methods (HPLC, immunoassay, enzymatic method, etc.), as well as dry evaluation to determine the accuracy of clinical procedures for HbA1c. This certification reference material has been compiled and certified in accordance with ISO 17025, ISO 15195, and ISO Guide 34. Its preparation, standardization, and measurement process are the same as JCCRM411-3 (JDS Class 5), and standard values for NGSP and IFCC are specified. The JDS value is allocated based on the JCCRM 411-3 (DS Lot 5) value, which is equivalent to the JDS batch 6.

Precautions for in vitro use

Jccrm 411HbA1c measurement standard substance Only used for in vitro diagnostics, this is a material of human origin. As a biohazard substance capable of spreading infectious diseases, handle this product. However, no known detection method can fully guarantee that there is no hepatitis B B virus, hepatitis C virus, HIN or other infectious substances in this substance. The JCCRM 411 standard product should be processed at a biosafety level of 2 or higher in accordance with any potentially infectious human serum or blood samples recommended in the CDCy National Institute of Health (NIH) manual.

Storage after procurement

1. JCCRM 411 standard is shipped in a "dry ice frozen state". After receiving, some dry ice hearts need to be left in the receiving box. If no dry ice is left after receipt, this JCCRM 411 cannot be used.

2. After receiving it, a box containing this type of freezer was taken out and immediately placed in a deep freezer (<-70 ℃) with minimal temperature changes (at the bottom of the refrigerator).

Note: When intending to use JCCRM 411 standard on the day of receipt, store it in the refrigerator until use.
