It is a necessary test item for semi-finished and finished product factory testing, installation, handover testing, and preventive testing in the power department. It can effectively detect manufacturing defects such as material selection, welding, loose connection parts, missing strands, and broken wires of inductive coils, as well as hidden dangers after operation. In order to meet the needs of rapid measurement of DC resistance in inductive coils, our company has developed a DC resistance tester using our own technological advantages.

7.1 When the instrument is connected to the test line as required, turn on the power switch, and the LCD displays the main menu, as shown in the following figure

7.2 Start testing

In the main menu interface, pressPress the key to enter the parameter setting interface for transformer DC resistance test, and the LCD display is shown in the following figure:

On the parameter setting interface for transformer DC resistance test, press<>,<>orSelect the modification option by pressing the<>and<>keys to modify a certain piece of data;

Among them, the test winding can choose two types of test windings: high voltage and low voltage.

Test phase - refers to the phase to be tested;

预置 A-O/B-O/C-O/A-B/B-C/C-A/a-o/b-o/c-o/a-b/b-c/c-a。

Tap gear - selectable from 1 to 9 tap gears.

Winding Material - Two types of winding materials can be selected, including copper and aluminum.

Test temperature - the temperature at which the current test sample is being tested.

Converted temperature - the temperature that the standard needs to convert.

Test current -6 levels of test current can be selected, including 10A, 3A, 1A, 300mA, 100mA, 5mA, etc.

Sample number - refers to the number used to distinguish different tested products for easy retrieval and technical management in historical records.

When the parameters are modified to meet the experimental requirements, press the<>key to enter the measurement mode, and the LCD will display the following prompt:

7.3 Historical Records

In the history interface, press the<>and<>keys to select the history records to be queried.

In the history interface, press the<>key to switch between displaying experimental parameters and experimental data.

On the history interface, simultaneously pressThe<>key can delete all historical data.

In the history interface, pressKey, can import historical data into a USB drive for storage.



7.4 Date and Time Setting

Press under the main menuPress the key to enter the date and time setting interface, and the LCD display will be as shown in the following figure:

In the date and time setting interface, press the<'>and<'>keys to select the corresponding setting bit, and press the<">and<'>keys to modify the data of the corresponding setting bit. After modifying to the desired date and time, press the<8>key to save the corresponding settings and return to the main menu.


7.5 Backlight shutdown settings

Press the<>key in the main menu to enter the backlight shutdown setting interface, and the LCD display is shown in the following figure:

In the backlight shutdown settings interface, pressKey switching options; Press the<>and<>keys to modify the values of the corresponding options. Adjustment range of backlight brightness: 1 to 63; The adjustment range for backlight time and shutdown time is 1-60. After modifying to the desired value, press the<>key to save the corresponding settings and return to the main menu.


7.6 Instrument Calibration Settings

Press under the main menuPress the key to enter the instrument calibration interface. This instrument has been calibrated before leaving the factory, and users do not need to operate it.


8Handheld transformer DC resistance testerPrecautions

The instrument design has a back electromotive force protection function, and during use, it is still necessary to follow the following steps one by one to ensure the personal safety of the instrument and testing personnel.

8.1 Before using this instrument, be sure to read this manual carefully.

8.2 The operator of the instrument should have general knowledge of using electrical equipment or instruments.

8.3 This instrument can be used both indoors and outdoors, but should be kept away from places such as rain, corrosive gases, excessive dust, high temperatures, and direct sunlight.

8.4 Maintenance, care, and adjustment of instruments should be carried out by professionals.

When measuring an unloaded voltage regulating transformer, be sure to wait for the discharge indicator alarm sound to stop before switching the tap gear.

During the testing process, it is prohibited to move the test clamp and power supply line.

After completing the 8.7 test, be sure to exit the testing state first and then remove the testing line.

8.8 Please use the built-in testing cable of the instrument to ensure testing accuracy and protect the internal power supply of the instrument.

8.9 The instrument enters standby mode after 1 minute without operation and automatically shuts down after 10 minutes (default setting).
