Note: The following parameters can be set by users according to the requirements of the test sample. This intelligent control system adopts two control modes: intelligent priority, manual and automaticAutomatic operation is invalid except for the emergency stop button. Manual operation is invalid except for the on-screen stop button.

Warning: It is strictly prohibited to hold a high-voltage rod when boosting voltage

1. Automatic operation:

1) Connect the wires according to relevant regulations, turn on the power, and the system enters the main interface, as shown in Figure 1:

2) Click on the interfaceSystem SettingsButton, enter administrator password, as shown in the picture2:

3) Click on the dialog box and enter the administrator password 1818, as shown in Figure 3:

4) After entering the password, clickdetermineEnter the parameter setting interface with the key, as shown in the figure4:

5) Set corresponding parameters according to different test subjects, and then clickdeterminePress the key to enter the save interface, as shown in the figure5:

6) Click the buttonisThe system enters the main interface (Figure)1) At this point, the system has saved the parameters set by the user. Click on the main interfaceStart the experimentButton, enter the test interface, as shown in the figure6:

7) ClickstartThe button and contactor are closed, and the system starts to automatically increase the voltage, as shown in the figure7:

(Note: During the boosting process, if you want to stop boosting, you can clickpauseClick the button again to continue boosting the system

8) When the voltage rises to the target voltage set by the user, the system starts timing.

9) After the withstand voltage reaches the time set by the user, the system automatically reduces the voltage until the regulator returns to zero. At this time, the equipment will make a beeping sound, indicating that the test sample is qualified, as shown in Figure 9:

(Note: If the test sample is not qualified, the equipment will make a long noise.)

10) Click the buttonisSave the experimental data, the system enters the experimental interface, click on the experimental interfacereturnButton, the system enters the main interface, click on the main interfaceSystem ViewButton to enter the database saved by the system, as shown in the figure10:

11) After clicking on any set of data or multiple sets of data×after, it will become, indicating the selection of one or more sets of data.

12) ClickprintButton, the system will automatically print out the selected data.

2. Manual operation:

1) Turn on the power, the system enters the main panel, and set relevant parameters according to the test sample(The parameter settings for manual operation are the same as those for automatic operation. After setting the parameters, click on the main interfaceStart the experimentButton, enter the testing interface, and then proceed with manual testing)After setting the parameters, press the button on the main interfacestartThe button and contactor are engaged, and the system can perform incremental pressure rise at this time.

2) Press downboostButton, closely monitor the changes in high voltage until the voltage reaches the target value. At this point, the system will automatically time, and when the specified time is reached, the system will automatically return to zero. At this point, the device will make a beeping sound, indicating that the sample is qualified. The printing operation method is the same as automatic.

3) The manual timing button can be activated at any voltage.

6. Please confirm that the tested equipment has been powered off and disconnected from other live devices during the experiment.
