1. True three-phase testing: single-phase power input, internal digital synthesis of three-phase standard sine wave signal source, through high fidelity power amplifier, generates three-phase test power output (distortion less than 0.1%, symmetry better than 0.05%), the test results have better equivalence, and there will be no group misjudgment or other phenomena.

2. Function *: It can perform single-phase measurement and automatic testing of three-phase windings. Polarity and phase angle can be measured for both single-phase and three-phase. It can measure the transformation value, phase angle value, error, tap position, tap value and other parameters of AB, BC, CA phases in one go, and automatically identify the group number (0-11 is equivalent to 1-12).

3. Phase angle measurement function: Accurately measure the phase angle (0-360 °) between the high and low voltage sides, and can measure the transformation ratio and angle of non integer point transformers.

4. Hexagonal diagram display function: The test results are displayed in numerical and hexagonal vector diagrams, which intuitively show the connection group of the transformer.

5. Blind testing function: No need to select the wiring method or wiring group, measuring Y/△ and △/Y transformers does not require external short circuiting, and the wiring method can be automatically switched according to the selected testing content. It is possible to measure the transformation ratio and group number of transformers without nameplates.

6. Tap test: It can quickly measure the transformation ratio and transformation ratio error at each tap switch position. The rated transformation ratio only needs to be input once, and the transformation ratio error at each tap position can be calculated without repeated input.

7. At the same time, it has two functions: measuring the turns ratio and measuring the operating voltage transformation ratio. The operating transformation ratio can more accurately reflect the actual value of the voltage transformation ratio of the transformer in actual operation.

8. Good anti vibration performance: The use of connectors enhances the anti vibration performance.

9. Adopting a 5-inch high-definition true color LCD screen, the display of data and vector graphics is intuitive and delicate.

10. The test source used in this instrument is a standard sine digital source synthesized digitally, with a distortion of less than 0.1%, and is not affected by the quality of the working power supply.

The top part of the instrument is the ratio testing wiring terminal, with high voltage side terminals (UA, UB, UC, UN) and low voltage side terminals (Ua, Ub, Uc). The upper part of the front is a color LCD screen, and the lower part is a standard 30 key control keyboard; Open the bracket on the right side of the instrument to see the USB interface, charging interface, and RS232 interface.

3. Keyboard Instructions

The keyboard has a total of 30 keys, including: store, query, set, switch, ↑, ↓, ←, →, soft switch, exit, ↲ (confirm), self-test, help, number 1, number 2 (ABC), number 3 (DEF), number 4 (GHI), number 5 (JKL), number 6 (MNO), number 7 (PQRS), number 8 (TUV), number 9 (WXYZ), number 0, decimal point, #, auxiliary function building F1, F2, F3, F4, F5.

The functions of each key are as follows:

↑, ↓, ←, → keys: cursor movement keys; Used to move the cursor in the main menu to point to a certain function menu, press the confirm key to enter the corresponding function; The up and down keys on the parameter setting function screen are used to switch the current option, and the left and right keys change the value.

↲ key: confirm key; Under the main menu, press this key to enter the selected function. Additionally, when entering certain parameters, start and end the input.

Exit key: Return key. When in non parametric input state, pressing this key will directly return to the main menu.

Storage key: used to store test results in the form of records.

Query key: used to browse stored record content.

Settings button: Press this button in the main menu to directly enter the parameter settings screen.

Switch key: Used by the manufacturer during factory debugging, users do not need to use this key.

Self check button: retains function, temporarily unused.

Help button: used to display help information.

Number (character) key: Used for parameter setting input (can input numbers or characters).

Decimal point key: used to enter a decimal point when setting parameters.

Key: Retain function, temporarily unused.

F1, F2, F3, F4, F5: Auxiliary function keys (shortcut keys). Used to quickly access the auxiliary function interface or implement corresponding functions. among which

F1 reserved key, no effect;

F2 stores data in memory on a USB drive;

F3 Delete storage records;

This key is for backup on F4 handheld devices, while it is used for printing test results on desktop devices;

F5 confirms the deletion of records;

Soft switch key: The power switch for handheld devices does not work for desktop devices.
