2、 Application scope:

This instrument adopts magnetic thickness measurement method, which can conveniently and non destructively measure the thickness of non-magnetic coatings on ferromagnetic materials, such as zinc, copper, chromium coatings on steel surfaces or coatings of paint, enamel, fiberglass, spray coating, asphalt, etc. This instrument is widely used in industries such as machinery, automotive, shipbuilding, petroleum, chemical, electroplating, spraying, enamel, plastics, etc.

IIIHandheld coating thickness gaugeworking principle:

The LCT-2000 series coating thickness gauge uses electromagnetic induction method to measure the thickness of coatings. The probe located on the surface of the component generates a closed magnetic circuit, which will change to varying degrees as the distance between the probe and the ferromagnetic material changes, causing changes in magnetic resistance and probe coil inductance. This principle can be used to accurately measure the distance between the probe and the ferromagnetic material, that is, the thickness of the coating (plating) layer.
