After the odorous gas (industrial waste gas) is input into the purification equipment through exhaust equipment, the purification equipment uses high-energy UV ultraviolet beams and ozone to synergistically decompose and oxidize the odorous gas, so that the odorous gas substances are degraded and converted into low molecular compounds, water, and carbon dioxide, and then discharged outdoors through exhaust pipes, completely achieving the purpose of deodorization and killing bacteria. Product Technical Principles
1、 This product utilizes ultra strong 172 microwave comprehensive high-energy high ozone UV beam to decompose odorous gases, changing the molecular chain structure of odorous gases such as ammonia, trimethylamine, hydrogen sulfide, methyl mercaptan, methyl sulfide, dimethyl disulfide, carbon disulfide and styrene, sulfides H2S, VOCs, benzene derivatives, benzene, toluene, acetone, butanone, ethyl acetate, formaldehyde, acetaldehyde, ethyl acetate, styrene, alkanes, alkenes, alkynes, aromatic hydrocarbons, phenols, hydrogen sulfide, thiols, sulfides, ammonia, amines, indoles, nitro groups, etc., so that the molecular chains of organic or inorganic high molecular odorous compounds can be degraded and transformed into low molecular compounds such as CO2, H2O under high-energy UV beam irradiation.
2、 Firstly, the ultra strong 172 microwave is used to rapidly crack and split organic or inorganic waste gas, and then the high-energy high ozone UV beam is used to decompose oxygen molecules in the air to produce free oxygen, namely reactive oxygen species. Due to the imbalance of positive and negative electrons carried by free oxygen, it needs to combine with oxygen molecules to produce ozone. Finally, sufficient oxygen ions are produced through an ozone generator to oxidize the exhaust gas, achieving the effect of generating carbon dioxide and water from the exhaust gas.
Organic waste gas - microwave+photolysis+O2-O -+O * (reactive oxygen species) O+O2-O3-CO2+H2O (compliant emissions).
As is well known, odors have a strong oxidizing effect on organic matter and have an immediate effect on removing odorous gases and other irritating odors.
3、 After the odorous gas is input into this purification equipment through exhaust equipment, the purification equipment uses high-energy UV ultraviolet beams and ozone to synergistically decompose and oxidize the odorous gas, causing its degradation and conversion into low molecular compounds, water, and carbon dioxide, which are then discharged outdoors through exhaust pipes.
4、 By using high-energy UV beams to break down the molecular bonds of bacteria in odorous gases, the nucleic acid (DNA) of bacteria is destroyed, and then oxidized by ozone to completely achieve deodorization and kill bacteria.

Note:
1. Whether odorous substances can be decomposed depends on whether their chemical bond energy is lower than the energy of the provided UV photons.
2. The cracking reaction takes a very short time (<0.01s), while the oxidation reaction takes 2-3 seconds.
3. If the total power of the provided UV photons is insufficient or the oxygen content is insufficient, some intermediate by-products will be generated due to incomplete cracking or oxidation, which will affect the purification efficiency. This is particularly evident for organic odorous substances with high concentrations of macromolecules.
4. The long-term stability and efficiency of UV photocatalytic purification require a reaction temperature of<70 ℃, a dust content of<100mg/m3, and a relative humidity of<99%.
5. When the conditions are met, the highest purification efficiency of UV photolysis purification can reach over 99.9%.
For some organic compounds, the partial chemical bond energy is higher than the provided UV photon energy, such as formaldehyde's "C=O" bond energy of 728 kJ/mol. Formaldehyde will decompose into free [C=O] * and H * under the irradiation of 170nm UV light. Part of [C=O] * reacts with O3 to produce CO2, while another part loses energy after colliding with inert substances such as N2, producing CO. When there is sufficient ozone, some CO can be oxidized to CO2
If the provided UV wavelength is 160Nm (742KJ/mol), the reaction process is relatively simpler; Formaldehyde will directly decompose into free C * and H *, and will be directly oxidized by O3 to CO2 and H2O.
As can be seen from the above, the photolysis reaction of the same substance can be different for different bands of UV ultraviolet light. The shorter the wavelength of UV ultraviolet light, that is, the higher the energy of UV photons, the easier the photolysis reaction of the substance. Conversely, the shorter the wavelength of UV ultraviolet light, the more difficult it is, and even has no effect.
