1. Pressure switch/sensor

Mechanical: Using elastic elements such as diaphragms, bellows, or pistons to convert pressure into mechanical displacement, pushing the micro switch contacts to move and achieve on-off control. No power supply required, suitable for explosion-proof environments.

Electronic: The pressure is converted into an electrical signal through strain gauges or capacitive sensors. After amplification and analog-to-digital conversion, the MCU determines whether it has reached the set threshold and outputs a switch value or analog signal (such as 4-20mA).

Typical applications: hydraulic system pressure monitoring, safety protection, pump start stop control.

2. Overflow valve

Pilot operated relief valve: The main valve core pressure difference is controlled by the pilot valve. When the system pressure exceeds the set value (usually 10%~20% higher), the main valve opens and excess oil overflows back into the oil tank, maintaining a constant pump outlet pressure and having overload protection function.

Direct acting relief valve: suitable for low-pressure and low flow applications, with a simple structure but poor pressure stability.

3. Flow switch

Target type (baffle type): Fluid impacts the baffle to generate displacement, triggering the micro switch; Suitable for large diameter, high viscosity fluids with slow response (100-300ms).

Thermal conductivity type: detects flow rate through the temperature difference between the heating element and the fluid, with no moving parts and fast response (<50ms), suitable for low flow monitoring.

Turbo type: The fluid drives the turbine to rotate, and the magneto electric sensor converts the speed into a pulse signal with high accuracy (± 1% FS). The fluid needs to be cleaned.

4. Backwash filter

When the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the filter element reaches the preset value, the cleaning program is automatically started: the drain valve is opened, and the motor drives the stainless steel brush to spiral along the filter screen, using the pressure difference to remove impurities and maintain continuous operation of the system throughout the process.

5. Liquid level sensor (such as ENS series)

Adopting capacitive or inductive non-contact sensing, sensing liquid level through changes in dielectric constant of the medium, without mechanical wear, suitable for liquids such as oil and water.
