1、 Product Overview
The HTFC-V cabinet centrifugal fan is a type of box shaped centrifugal fan with backward tilting blades. The product consists of a low-noise backward tilting blade centrifugal fan, a motor, bearings, transmission components, and a soundproof box. According to different installation positions, 12 different angles of air inlet and outlet positions are provided to meet the different installation needs of users. According to different requirements for fire protection and ventilation, it is divided into two types: Type A and Type B. Type A motors are installed outside the box for fire smoke exhaust, and have been tested for high temperature resistance by the National Fire Equipment Supervision and Quality Inspection Center in accordance with GA211-2009 "High Temperature Resistance Test Method for Fire Smoke Exhaust Fans". They can operate continuously for more than 60 minutes under high temperature conditions of 300 ℃; The B-type motor is installed inside the box for ventilation and air exchange.
2、 Product Features
1. Fans are divided into 17 specifications based on diameter ranging from 250 to 1400mm, with a series of air volumes ranging from 1000 to 300000 m3/h and a total pressure of 280 to 2300Pa. Fans are available in single speed and dual speed versions, with dual speed fans equipped with dual speed motors to achieve two speed regulation levels, meeting the needs of users for performance adjustment at different operating points. Fans can also be equipped with variable frequency motors and controllers to achieve variable frequency speed regulation. It is recommended to lock the adjustment frequency between 25Hz and 50Hz. 2. To meet the requirements of explosion-proof environments, the fan can be made into an explosion-proof fan with an explosion-proof rating of EXd Ⅱ BT4, suitable for places with flammable and explosive gases.
3. To meet the requirements of noise in different places, fans can be equipped with mufflers of different lengths, and the fan silencing box can also be thickened to reduce fan noise.
4. Fans can be equipped with primary, medium, or high-efficiency filters to improve air cleanliness. When configuring filters, actual pressure loss should be considered and the length of the fan casing should be appropriately increased.
3、 Product process:
1. Impeller: The impeller consists of backward inclined circular arc blades, curved front plate, flat middle plate, and hub, and has advanced aerodynamic performance. All are produced using molds, welded with carbon dioxide gas shielded welding, and calibrated by a digital hard support dynamic balancing machine, achieving a balancing accuracy of G4.6 or above.
2. Spiral shell: The side plate is made of high-quality galvanized steel produced by Baosteel and cut using a dedicated vibration shearing machine, and then hydraulically formed. The snail plate is cut by a high-quality galvanized plate shearing machine produced by Baosteel, and is pressed and rounded using a dedicated rib forming machine. The side plate and snail plate are connected by biting, and then equipped with the required snail shell bracket.
3. Box body: The box body material is rolled and formed by a metal cold bending unit, and the box plate is a composite structure. The outer layer is cut and bent from high-quality color coated plates produced by Baosteel. The inner layer of the box body is made of high-quality galvanized plates, and the middle is filled with polyurethane foam material, which has good noise reduction effect. The assembly method of the box board and profile is embedded, which improves the sealing performance of the fan, ensures the soundproofing effect of the box board, and reduces the air leakage of the fan.
4. Chassis: The fan chassis is made of heavy-duty metal cold bending units and stretched into a C-shaped shape. C-shaped steel is a new type of steel with excellent cross-sectional mechanical properties, evolved from channel steel. It has good mechanical properties and a beautiful and elegant appearance.
5. Accessories: The bearing adopts the UKP series tapered bushing produced by Fujian Nan'an Bearing Co., Ltd., which is convenient for installation and maintenance. The V-belt adopts the "Chaoyang" brand belt produced by Hangzhou Zhongce Rubber Products Co., Ltd., ensuring the service life of the fan.
6. Maintenance door: The fan is equipped with detachable maintenance doors with handles, making maintenance extremely convenient.
7. Assembly: After the fan is assembled, the vibration velocities of the X, Y, and Z axes are all less than 5.6mm/s.
8. High temperature resistance performance: The fire smoke exhaust cabinet centrifugal fan has a motor installed outside the box, completely isolated from high-temperature airflow, ensuring that the fan can operate normally for more than 60 minutes under high temperature conditions of 300 ℃, fully complying with national fire safety regulations.
