1、 Product Overview
The HTFC type dual-purpose low-noise cabinet centrifugal fan for fire (ventilation) is a new type of high-efficiency and low-noise box type centrifugal fan. The product is designed according to the requirements of JB/T 9068-1999 "Forward Multi wing Centrifugal Fan" and JB/T 8932-1999 "Fan Box" standards, and has been tested for high temperature resistance by the National Fire Equipment Supervision and Quality Inspection Center according to GA211-1999 "Fire Exhaust Fan High Temperature Resistance Test Method". It can operate continuously for more than 60 minutes under high temperature conditions of 300 ℃ and has been recognized by fire departments in more than 30 provinces and cities across the country, and has been issued a sales certificate. The product is widely used in hotels, restaurants, auditoriums, theaters, basements, factories, mines, office buildings and other places. It is an ideal product for ventilation and smoke exhaust, and is an updated product for high-rise building fire exhaust fans. It has been sold well throughout the country and has received high praise from users.
2、 Product Features
1. Product structure: The product consists of a low-noise forward multi wing centrifugal fan, motor, bearings, and soundproof box. According to different installation positions, 12 different angles of air inlet and outlet positions are provided to meet the different installation needs of users. According to different requirements for fire protection and ventilation, it is divided into two types: Type A and Type B. Type A motors are installed outside the box for fire smoke exhaust; The B-type motor is installed inside the box for ventilation and air exchange.
2. Low noise forward multi wing centrifugal fan: Made of high-quality galvanized sheet and produced by mechanical molding, using riveting, biting and other methods, the surface is clean and smooth, without welding deformation. The main component impeller has been improved based on the digestion and absorption of products from the American LAU Industrial Company. The blades are multi wing forward curved blades, which have the characteristics of high efficiency, low noise, large air volume, stable operation, stable quality, and durability.
3. Silencing type box body: It adopts a frame and box board assembly design. The frame is made of advanced metal cold bending unit and stretched in one go. The box board is a color coated board with a clean and beautiful surface and strong corrosion resistance. The inner layer is galvanized board, and the middle is filled with polyurethane foam material, which can further reduce noise. The product can be disassembled and installed on site.

3、 Product process
1. Impeller: The blades, front plate, and middle plate are stamped and cut from high-quality galvanized sheet metal produced by Baosteel, and are hydraulically formed. The blades are riveted to the front and rear plates with galvanized rivets. And calibrated by a digital hard support dynamic balancing machine, the balancing accuracy reaches G4.6 level or above.
2. Spiral shell: The side plate is made of high-quality galvanized steel produced by Baosteel and cut using a dedicated vibration shearing machine, and then hydraulically formed. The snail plate is cut by a high-quality galvanized plate shearing machine produced by Baosteel, and is pressed and rounded using a dedicated rib forming machine. The side plate and snail plate are connected by biting, and then equipped with the required snail shell bracket.
