This product is horseradish peroxidase（Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) labeled mouse anti pig IgG monoclonal antibody suitable for specific detection of porcine immunoglobulin G.HRP is a glycoprotein containing heme, with a molecular weight of approximately 40 kDa, widely present in the plant kingdom. Its solution appears brownish red and transparent.

3、 Product usage suggestions:

ELISA recommends a dilution ratio of 1:4000-20000, WB recommends a dilution ratio of 1:4000-12000, and IHC recommends a dilution ratio of 1:500-2500, which is suitable for your experiment. It can also be used reasonably outside the recommended dilution range according to the specific situation of your experiment.

4、 Attention:

A.To avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles affecting the potency of the product, it is recommended to package and store it promptly upon receipt.

B.It is recommended to use diluent containing0.2% BSA and 0.05% Tween-20 in 0.01M PBS (pH 7.0), other correct dilutions can also be used. In principle, the prepared working solution should be used up in one go.
