1、ELISA 1:4000-20000，WB 1：4000-12000，IHC 1:500-2500

2. Choose the appropriate dilution ratio for your experiment, or use it reasonably outside the recommended dilution range based on the specific situation of your experiment. If used properly, this product can be diluted tens of thousands of times and still have practical value. 3. The recommended diluent is 0.01M PBS (pH: 7.0) containing 0.2% BSA and 0.05% Tween-20. Other correct diluents can also be used. Please use the prepared working solution in one go.

This product is a goat anti chicken IgY (H+L) polyclonal antibody labeled with horseradish peroxidase (HRP), prepared by immunizing goats with high-purity chicken IgY, purified by affinity chromatography, and covalently conjugated with HRP. This antibody can specifically recognize the heavy and light chains of chicken IgY and is suitable for various immune detection analyses.
