1、 Overview
The microcomputer controlled low-temperature constant temperature bath adopts single-chip microprocessor control, self-tuning PID adjustment, 7-inch LCD touch screen display, imported platinum resistance (Pt100) temperature measurement, high temperature control accuracy and small fluctuation; Compressors using fully enclosed technology (imported compressor units are used for series below -40 ℃ or 30 liters) have high refrigeration efficiency and low noise. The instrument works stably and reliably, with convenient and safe operation. This product has the following advantages:
1. Adopting microcomputer temperature control PID regulation and self-tuning control technology, the temperature control accuracy is high;
2. There is a sensor open circuit display function;
3. Has liquid level alarm function;
4. The mixing pump and other components inside the platform are all made of 304 stainless steel material;

3、 Environmental requirements
The constant temperature bath should be placed on a sturdy workbench;
No vibration, no harmful gases;
The room temperature should be relatively stable and not fluctuate rapidly, otherwise it will affect the temperature control accuracy; The room temperature should be around 25 ℃, especially for constant temperature baths at -40 ℃, -65 ℃, and -80 ℃. Excessive room temperature can affect compressor heat dissipation, reduce refrigeration efficiency, and easily cause malfunctions;
The constant temperature bath should be regularly maintained, especially if the cooling rate slows down after working for a period of time. The plastic mesh plate of the constant temperature bath should be removed to remove dust from the compressor and heat dissipation plate.
4、 Precautions for use
1. Add liquid medium into the tank before use, and the liquid level of the medium should not be lower than 10mm of the worktable. A too low liquid level will damage the heater when powered on.
2. The selection of liquid medium in the tank should comply with the following principles:
a. When the working temperature is between 5-85 ℃, water is generally used as the liquid medium;
b. When the working temperature is between 85-95 ℃, a 15% glycerol aqueous solution can be used as the liquid medium; Oil should be used when approaching or reaching 100 ℃;
c. When the working temperature is below 5 ℃, alcohol or freezing liquid is generally used as the liquid medium.
3. After the cooling switch is turned off, the cooling switch should be turned on again with an interval of 15-25 minutes (depending on the ambient temperature);
4. Power supply: 220V 50Hz, the power supply should be greater than the total power of the instrument, and the power supply must have a good "grounding" device;
5. The instrument should be placed in a dry and ventilated area, with no obstacles within 300mm around the instrument;
6. When the working temperature of the constant temperature bath is low, attention should be paid not to put hands into the bath to prevent freezing damage;
7. After use, place all switches in the off state and cut off the power supply;
8. The instrument should be regularly cleaned to maintain the cleanliness of the workbench and operating panel;
