Measurement principle of HMA-TNI water quality heavy metal total nickel online analyzer:

The instrument adopts colorimetric spectrophotometry for detection, using high-temperature digestion of water samples and adding digestion reagents to the water samples. The sample is pumped to the high-temperature digestion unit. The total nickel in the sample is dissolved into divalent nickel ions. The divalent nickel ion forms an orange brown colored complex with dimethylglyoxime in an alkaline solution in the presence of an oxidant (ammonium persulfate). Perform spectrophotometric measurement at a wavelength of 470nm, and analyze the concentration of the sample by comparing the difference between the initial color of the sample and the color after adding the color developer.
