1、 Product Overview
HLF-6 mixed flow low-noise and energy-saving fan case is a new type of fan that is between axial flow and centrifugal fans. With the same machine number, the air volume is larger than that of centrifugal fans, and the air pressure is higher than that of axial flow fans. It has the characteristics of high efficiency, energy saving, low noise, and easy installation. The fan is mainly composed of components such as impeller, air duct, inlet collector, guide vanes, electric motor, box, inlet and outlet. The impeller adopts twisted blades with meridional acceleration characteristics welded to the hub. After dynamic balance inspection and overspeed test, it has good aerodynamic performance. The wind duct is connected to the streamlined collector with noise reduction function as a whole, and is equipped with guide vanes, which have good airflow distribution and stable pressure. Meet the need for lower noise in modern high-end buildings.
2、 Product Features
1. The HLF-6 low-noise mixed flow fan case is assembled with a frame and box board. The box board is bent from high-quality steel plates, and the internal interlayer is made of sound-absorbing material, ensuring lower noise levels for the fan case. It has the characteristics of low noise, small vibration, beautiful appearance, easy installation, and easy maintenance.
2. The HLF-6 fan case can be divided into two types: smoke exhaust type and ventilation type. The smoke exhaust type is the PYHL-14A mixed flow fan enclosure, which can operate continuously for more than 60 minutes at a medium temperature of 3000C and for 20 hours/time without damage at a temperature of 1000C. It can be used for both ventilation and smoke exhaust; The ventilation type is HL3-2A mixed flow fan enclosure, which can be used for ventilation and air exchange.
3、 Product process
1. Impeller: The blades are made of high-quality Q235 steel plate produced by Baosteel, stamped and cut, and formed by hydraulic molds. The wheel hub is made of high-quality Q235 steel plate produced by Baosteel, which is stretched and formed by hydraulic press. The blades are welded using specialized welding fixtures and carbon dioxide gas shielded welding. And calibrated by a digital hard support dynamic balancing machine, the balancing accuracy reaches G4.6 level or above.
2. Wind duct: Made of high-quality Q235 steel plate produced by Baosteel, cut with a shearing machine, rolled with a three core coiling machine, and welded under carbon dioxide gas protection. Spinning machine is used to spin and form, and then two arc-shaped reinforcing ribs are spun on the cylinder body using a rib press machine. Ensure that the air duct has sufficient strength, rigidity, and a beautiful and elegant appearance.
3. Inner cylinder: The inner cylinder is made of high-quality Q235 steel plate produced by Baosteel, cut with a shearing machine, rolled with a three core coil, and spun with two arc-shaped reinforcing ribs on the inner cylinder using a reinforcing press. Ensure that the inner cylinder has sufficient strength and rigidity. The guide vanes are cut by plasma, molded by hydraulic press, and welded with carbon dioxide protection.
4. Silencing tube: cutting machine for cutting, three core rolling machine for rounding, spinning machine for forming, and reinforcing machine for reinforcing. The air inlet is spun into shape using a specialized spinning machine, welded to a conical porous plate, and filled with sound-absorbing cotton in the middle.
5. Box body: The box body material is rolled and formed by a metal cold bending unit, and the box plate is a composite structure. The outer layer is cut and bent from high-quality color coated plates produced by Baosteel. The inner layer of the box body is made of high-quality galvanized plates, and the middle is filled with polyurethane foam material, which has good noise reduction effect. The assembly method of the box board and profile is embedded, which improves the sealing performance of the fan, ensures the soundproofing effect of the box board, and reduces the air leakage of the fan.
6. Chassis: The fan chassis is made of heavy-duty metal cold bending units and stretched into a C-shaped shape. C-shaped steel is a new type of steel with excellent cross-sectional mechanical properties evolved from channel steel. It has good mechanical properties and a beautiful and elegant appearance
7. Assembly: After the fan is assembled, the vibration velocities of the X, Y, and Z axes are all less than 5.6mm/s.
