4、 Usage method

When using, first check if the accessories of the whole machine are complete, then install the fixtures in order, place the beaker that needs to be stirred in the center of the work panel, add the solution, and place the stirrer in the beaker solution. Then plug in the power plug of the instrument first, turn on the power supply, turn on the power speed control switch, the indicator light will turn on, and start working. The speed control is gradually adjusted from low speed to high speed, and it is not allowed to start directly at high speed to avoid the stirrer not being synchronized and causing jumping. When not working, the power should be cut off. To ensure safety, please connect the ground wire when using. The instrument should be kept clean and dry, and it is strictly prohibited for solution to enter the machine to avoid damaging the parts and prevent severe vibration.

5、 Usage and maintenance

1. Place the test bottle (or other vessel) containing the solution and stirrer on the work panel.
2. Connect the power supply, turn on the power switch, and the indicator light will turn on.

3. Set the required temperature according to the temperature control instrument manual to use the heating and constant temperature function.

4. Adjust the speed control knob to the desired speed.

5. After finishing the work, place the speed control knob in the smallest position, the heating switch is in a non working state, turn off the power switch, and cut off the power.

6. Wipe the top plate of the workbench clean, and there should be no water droplets or dirt residue on it.

6、 Precautions

1. When stirring, if the stirrer is jumping or not stirring, check if the beaker is stable and the position is correct.

2. Medium speed operation can extend the service life.

3. Please connect the ground wire when using.
