Developed by Zhengzhou Aidi TechnologyHFJ-5 Geological Gas Desorption InstrumentAdopting the drainage and gas collection method, the analyzed gas is used to replace the water column in the measuring cylinder, and the gas analysis speed and amount are measured by reading the height of the gas column. It is a professional instrument for gas analysis in geological exploration.
HFJ-5 Geological Gas Desorption InstrumentIt has the following advantages: simple and compact structure, small volume, light weight, easy to transport, and convenient to carry; Low water consumption, convenient for field or underground operations, suitable for measurement locations without water; The instrument is easy to level and can be placed on a small surface or hung up.
HFJ-5 Geological Gas Desorption InstrumentTechnical parameters
Material: Organic glass
Dimensions (box): 100mm × 100mm × 500mm
Instrument box material: Aluminum alloy
Mass: Approximately 2 kg
Range: 800 mL at a time, can be repeatedly filled with water for measurement
Attachment: Instrument box, rubber hose, needle, instruction manual (excluding coal sample tank)
HFJ-5 Geological Gas Desorption Instrumentprecautions
1. The instrument should not come close to liquids that have a corrosive effect on organic glass.
To maintain the surface smoothness and transparency of the instrument, try to avoid surface scratches as much as possible.
3. Leakage detection: Fill the inside of the instrument with water. As in step 1 of the usage method, let it stand for 1 hour. If bubbles leak in and cause the water level to drop, it is considered a leakage; If there is a leak, locate the leak and handle it.
Usage
1. Invert the instrument, unscrew the water inlet plug, block the water outlet and air inlet with your fingers, fill the internal measuring cylinder of the instrument with water above the thread, discharge the bubbles in the cylinder, tighten the plug, stand the instrument upright, and release your fingers.
2. Place the instrument on the platform or hang it up, insert the needle into the coal sample tank, and then connect the hose to the air inlet to start the analytical measurement. At this point, after the gas enters the measuring tube, the water is discharged through the drainage outlet.
3. If the range is not sufficient, clamp the hose with a clip and pull it out from the instrument's air inlet end, then pour in the spare water using the same method as in 1. Then insert the hose and release the clamp to continue the measurement
