1、 Core Features

Accelerated aging test

By simultaneously applying high temperature (usually 105 ℃~155 ℃), high humidity (65%~100% RH), and high pressure (0.2~3.5kg/cm ²) environmental stress, the natural aging process of several years is compressed to a few days, significantly reducing

Short R&D cycle.

For example, the traditional 85 ℃/85% RH/1000 hour test can be completed by the HAST test chamber within 130 ℃/85% RH/96 hours, with an efficiency increase of more than 10 times.

Precise environmental control

Using PID temperature control module, the temperature fluctuation range is ± 0.5 ℃, and the humidity fluctuation is ± 2.5% RH, ensuring stable test conditions.

Support switching between saturated (100% RH) and unsaturated (such as 75% RH) modes to meet different testing requirements.

Security protection design

Equipped with multiple protection devices such as mechanical pressure safety valves, emergency relief valves, and reverse pressure door locks to prevent accidents caused by equipment failure or misoperation, including overheating, overpressure, water shortage, and overload.

Compliant with international standards such as ASME BPVC and IEC60068-2-66 to ensure testing compliance.

The inner liner is designed with circular stainless steel to prevent condensation and dripping, protecting the sample from direct impact of steam.

The double-layer stainless steel sample holder can be customized and supports expansion to 55 bias terminals (AC/DC 125V 1A) to meet different sample sizes and testing needs.
