1、 Equipment core use
Epoxy resin film high-temperature aging test chamberIt is an environmental reliability testing equipment designed specifically for epoxy resin film, composite material bonding layer, electronic packaging adhesive and other products. By simulating accelerated aging environments such as high temperature and constant temperature, it evaluates the bonding strength, weather resistance, chemical stability and mechanical performance degradation of materials under long-term high temperature conditions, providing data support for product formula optimization, service life prediction and industry standard compliance testing.

Temperature range: Room temperature+5 ℃~300 ℃ (regular version), customized version can be extended to 400 ℃ to meet the high temperature resistance testing requirements of different epoxy resin films;
Temperature uniformity: ± 2 ℃ (unloaded state, any point within the working area), ensuring aging cycle
Environment specificity, to avoid testing deviation caused by local temperature differences; Temperature fluctuation: ± 0.5 ℃, precise control of constant temperature stability, suitable for temperature fluctuation scenarios in practical applications;
Studio Capacity: Available in 30L, 50L, 100L, 225L, 500L and other specifications, suitable for laboratory sample testing and aging of pilot batch samples;
Heating rate: 5 ℃/min (conventional), the fastest can reach 10 ℃/min (customized), shortening the testing cycle;
Temperature control method: PID intelligent temperature control, equipped with high-precision platinum resistance sensors, temperature display resolution of 0.1 ℃, high temperature control accuracy;
Safety protection: overload protection, over temperature alarm (sound and light prompts), leakage protection, studio overvoltage protection, to avoid equipment damage and sample failure;
Material configuration: The inner liner is made of 304 stainless steel (corrosion-resistant and easy to clean), the outer shell is made of cold-rolled steel plate spray coated (rust resistant and wear-resistant), and the insulation layer is made of ultra-fine glass wool (good insulation effect, energy-saving and consumption reducing).

3、 Core structure and functional characteristics
Heating system: using stainless steel heating tubes, evenly distributed, high heating efficiency, no open flame design, to avoid local high temperature burns to the sample;
Circulating system: forced convection circulating fan, equipped with guide plate, to evenly distribute the temperature in the working room, eliminating "hot spots" and "cold zones";
Control system: Touch sensitive operation panel, can set temperature and constant temperature time (0-999 hours), supports real-time data display and historical record query, and some models can be connected to a computer for remote control;
Sample rack: a multi-layer stainless steel sample rack with adjustable height, strong load-bearing capacity, convenient for placing epoxy resin film samples of different sizes, ensuring full contact between the samples and the airflow;
Exhaust device: equipped with an adjustable exhaust port, which can timely discharge the volatile gases generated during the aging process of the sample, avoiding affecting the test results and equipment life.
4、 Operation process (simplified version)
Sample preparation: Cut epoxy resin film samples (recommended 3-5 sets of parallel samples), record the initial state (such as thickness, bonding strength, etc.);
Equipment debugging: Turn on the power, set the target aging temperature and constant temperature time, preheat the equipment to the set temperature and stabilize for 30 minutes;
Sample placement: Place the samples evenly on the sample rack, ensuring that they do not overlap or touch the box wall, and close the box door;
Aging test: Start the program and the device automatically maintains a constant temperature environment. During this period, temperature and time data can be observed through the panel;
Sample removal: After the test is completed, the equipment will automatically sound an alarm. After the temperature inside the box drops to room temperature (or safe temperature), the sample will be removed for subsequent performance testing (such as tensile shear strength, peel strength, appearance change observation, etc.);
Equipment maintenance: Clean the workshop and sample rack, turn off the power, and keep records of equipment operation.
