Overview

The digital/screen display of the gypsum (mortar) water retention rate measuring instrument is developed based on the national standard GB/T28627-2023, and is used to measure the water retention rate of gypsum. It can also be used for experiments on water retention rates of cement, mortar, and other materials. This instrument mainly consists of an exhaust section, an experimental control section, and a sample container section. The control system $r $n is convenient, flexible, easy to operate, with a reasonable layout and clear hierarchy, suitable for use by quality inspection departments at all levels and users of $r $n.

1Overview:

Gypsum (mortar) water retention rate tester with digital display/screen displayGypsum (mortar) water retention rate tester with digital display/screen displayAccording to national standardsDeveloped according to GB/T28627-2023, used for detecting gypsum

The determination of water retention rate can also be used for experiments on water retention rate of cement, mortar, etc.

This instrument mainly consists of an exhaust section, an experimental control section, and a sample container section. control system

Convenient and flexible, easy to operate, with a reasonable layout and clear hierarchy, suitable for quality inspection departments and users at all levels

The use of households.

IIGypsum (mortar) water retention rate tester with digital display/screen displayMain technical parameters:

1. Negative pressure range: 0-100KPa
2. Power supply voltage: 220V 50Hz
3. Time: adjustable from 0-9999 minutes
4. Power: 200W
5. Total weight: 35 kg

IIIGypsum (mortar) water retention rate tester with digital display/screen displayInstallation, debugging, and experimental operation:

1Installation and debugging
Pay attention to whether the container is damaged when opening the box, and then turn on the power. Check if the accessories are complete.

2Experimental operation steps
Step 1:Prepare experimental equipment: balance5KG (accuracy 0.1 grams), beaker 1000 milliliters;

Cut according to the inner diameter of the funnelPlace a filter paper at the bottom of the funnel and soak it in water.

Place the funnel on the machine and set itTurn on the device in 1 minute, then remove the funnel after 1 minute of startup,

Wipe off the remaining water at the bottom of the funnel with filter paper,Weighing(G1)Record,Accurate to0.1 grams.
Step 2: Place the prepared slurry into the weighed funnel and use a T-shaped scraper to vertically scrape it in the funnel

Rotate and flatten to maintain the thickness of the slurryWithin the range of 10 ± 0.5mm, then wipe the funnel clean

The residual slurry on the inner wall,Weighing(G2)Record,Accurate to0.1 grams. After mixing

The interval between the completion of weighing should not exceed5 minutes.
Step 3: Place the weighed funnel on the machine, set the time for 20 minutes, and turn on the power

close(Start the equipment), use the pressure regulating valve (should be closed before starting) within 30 seconds to

Adjust the negative pressure value toBetween 0.05 and 0.06 (53.33 ± 0.67kpa), filter for 20 minutes

After completion, the machine will automatically stop. Remove the funnel and manually deposit it in a downward direction a few times

(To prevent water droplets from accumulating in the funnel and affecting the weight), then use filter paper to remove any remaining water at the bottom

Clean up,Weighing(G3)Record, accuracy0.1 grams.

Step 4: Calculate the water retention rate R of the slurry according to equation (1), accurate to 1%

In equation (1):
The water retention rate of the slurry is measured in percentage (%)
W1... is equal to (G2- G1)The original quality of the slurry(g)

W2... is equal to (G2- G3)The quality of water lost in the slurry(g)
G1The mass of the funnel and filter paper, in grams (g)

G2The mass of the funnel filled with slurry, measured in grams (g)
G3The mass of the funnel filled slurry after filtration (g)
The standard diffusion water consumption of the slurry, expressed in percentage (%)
If the difference between the water retention rate measured twice in a row and its average value is not greater than3%, take the average value

As for the water retention rate of the experiment, otherwise the experiment should be redone.

4Gypsum (mortar) water retention rate tester with digital display/screen displayMaintenance matters:

1. Debug negative pressure, strictly prohibit exceeding the range of the meter to prevent damage to the meter.

2. Regularly apply vacuum grease to the funnel interface.

3. The water that drips onto the vacuum grease should be removed by dipping it in filter paper.

4. After the experiment is completed, open the drain valve and drain the wastewater from the filter container.

Rinse the funnel and filter container with clean water.

5. Check the pump oil every three months. After one year of normal use, the pump oil needs to be replaced once.

6. This machine is prohibited from use without oil (vacuum pump oil is 46 or 68).
