Grylls thermal mass flow controller, based on thermal principle, with a full range of 0.5sccm to 6000 slm, supports digital input/output, and can be equipped with control buttons and a display screen. It can also be controlled and displayed using a flow computer, providing optional multimedia/multi range functions. Short preheating time, high precision, zero drift, tubular diversion, not easy to block, suitable for various low-pressure and high-pressure pipelines, with a flow rate of up to 6000SLM, and can achieve digital/analog control mode.
