GRYLLS gas consumption measurement differential pressure mass flowmeter, with a full range of 0.5sccm to 6000 slm, adopts the principle of differential pressure mass measurement without thermal drift and response hysteresis. It has no thermal drift, negligible temperature and time drift, long-term stability of 0.1% F.S/year, accuracy of 1.0%, and a range that can be set within the range of 100:1 by pressing a button without calibration. It can display and output simultaneously.
