The VAHLE insulated conductor system is an insulated sliding contact line system used for powering mobile devices, widely used in industrial fields such as lifting machinery, automated production lines, and port equipment. Installation and Maintenance

Installation requirements

-A minimum safety distance of 0.5 meters must be maintained between the conductor system and moving parts

-Insulators are required to be used in harsh environments such as humidity, electroplating workshops, and chemical industries

-For systems exceeding 100 meters, expansion joints must be installed to cope with temperature changes

Safety precautions

-The collector only has touch protection when it enters the conductor

-Customers must provide additional touch protection in areas where the current collector may leave the conductor

-The grounding conductor adopts international color coding, and the phase line and grounding collector are not interchangeable
