Geotechnical testing instrumentsDetailed information:
The LD127-II pavement material strength tester is equipped with other fixtures to conduct multiple tests, such as compressive strength, splitting strength, and elastic modulus tests of cement lime stabilized soil, Marshall test of asphalt concrete, and bearing ratio (CBR) test of subgrade soil and various pavement materials.
Geotechnical testing instrumentsTechnical parameters:
1. Zui large fixed load: 100kN
2. Maximum lifting distance of screw disc: 200mm
3. Mobile speed: Fast 50mm/min
4. Slow speed 1mm/min
Precautions for use:
1. The limit position for the upward movement of the screw disc of the pavement material strength tester is 300mm from the top surface of the base box; the limit position for the downward movement of the screw disc is 60mm from the top surface of the base box. If the above two limits are exceeded, the pavement material strength tester may be damaged.
2. The tester should be placed in a flat and stable position on the ground, and the tester should have a grounding safety protection device.
3. Attention should be paid to regularly maintaining the pavement material strength tester:
①. The road material strength tester should be kept clean and tidy regularly, and the table and surrounding environment should be cleaned and wiped clean after each use.
②. After wiping the screws, plates, and columns clean, they should be coated with rust proof oil, and an appropriate amount of lubricating oil (No. 20 engine oil) should be dripped onto the screws before use every day. To ensure the normal lubrication of the screw during operation, reduce wear and prolong its service life.
③. When not in use, the protective cover should be securely fastened.
4. When using the electric operation test of the pavement material strength tester, it is necessary to pull out and remove the handle to avoid injury caused by rotation during transmission.
