Mortar testing instrumentThe equipment is designed to cooperate with the promotion and implementation of the national construction department's (JGJ70-90) standard for basic performance testing methods of mortar. It is mainly used in the construction industry, colleges and universities, research institutions, and quality inspection departments as a mixing machine for strength testing of mortar for wall powder materials and brick walls. It is also suitable for the production of artificial marble fabrics and other powder mixing work by manufacturers. It has two relative rotations, with the stirring blades moving clockwise and the stirring drum moving counterclockwise. Therefore, it has the characteristics of uniform stirring, short stirring time, high efficiency, and easy operation.

Structure and principle:

1. This equipment consists of a casing, motor, worm gear box, gearbox, blades, scraper, cylinder, worm frame, and programmable controller.

2. The transmission type of this machine is a motor connected to a worm gear box, which drives the worm gear. The upper end of the worm gear shaft drives the mixing drum to rotate counterclockwise through a clutch, and the output gear at the lower end of the worm gear shaft engages with the gear at the lower end of the column. The driving gear of the upper gear box is transmitted through the coupling on the vertical shaft, and the mixing gear drives the mixing blades to rotate clockwise through the intermediate gear transmission. The specific transmission program is: mixing drum speed 1452 × 2/48=60.42r/min.

Operation and usage：

Firstly, lower the gearbox body (1), press the controller switch, operate it in idle mode, and check if the steering direction is consistent with the stated direction *. After parking, check whether the clearance between the scraper and the wall and bottom of the mixing drum (9) is correct. After adjustment, tighten the mixing blade nut and put the prepared material into the drum according to the proportion. Start the mixing machine, then slowly pour an appropriate amount of water into the drum. After mixing the material evenly, stop the machine and turn the box flipping mechanism to tilt the drum at an angle. Remove the material for use. After each mixing and discharging, make sure to check whether the position of the drum bottom and base is correct when resetting the mixing drum. Otherwise, do not start the machine.

Maintenance and upkeep：

1. This book should be placed in a dry and non corrosive environment.

2. After use, be sure to clean the inside of the drum and mixing blades with clean water and wipe them dry. (Long term non users can apply rust proof oil on the same interior and blade surface)

3. Regularly pay attention to whether the fasteners are loose after use and tighten them in a timely manner.

4. It is strictly prohibited to insert hard objects such as iron nails and wires into cement and sand during feeding to avoid damaging the machinery.

5. After using the gearbox for a period of time, it is necessary to check the level of its lubricating oil and promptly replenish it to the observation hole where the oil level can be seen. The oil quality is 30 # mechanical oil.
