This device is a cold film fluidized bed equipment. In order to facilitate the observation of the movement state of particles in the bed, the fluidized bed reactor is made of glass. To protect the glass fluidized bed reactor, a stainless steel jacket is placed on its outer cover, and an observation window is opened in the axial direction of the jacket.

This device is used to observe the fluidization process of solid particles in fluidized beds. By automatically collecting data on bed pressure difference and gas velocity through a microcomputer, a relationship diagram between bed pressure drop and gas velocity can be drawn.

The critical fluidization velocity and fluidization velocity can be obtained, making it an ideal equipment for experimental teaching.
