Overview
In many production processes, when two or more components need to be mixed together, a traditional foaming system is generally used to evaporate the liquid in the carrier gas using a gas-liquid controllable mixing evaporator. This method has insufficient processing capacity for liquids under low vapor pressure and cannot be mixed and evaporated in real-time based on vapor pressure. The ACCU gas-liquid mixed evaporation system overcomes these problems and achieves fast, accurate, and efficient mixed evaporation control.

1Gas liquid controllable mixing evaporatorProduct Overview:
The ACCU gas-liquid mixed evaporation system consists of five parts: a liquid flow controller (used to control the flow rate of the liquid source),One or more gas mass flow controllers (for controlling carrier gas flow), a temperature adjustable mixing evaporator (for liquid vaporization);
An optional flow temperature display controller (used to set flow and temperature), and an optional diluted gas flow controller after vaporization
(Used for diluting steam production).
A typical CEM system is shown in Figure 1, where three display controllers are connected and independently control liquid flow rate, gas flow rate, and evaporation temperature.
Using PLC and DCS systems instead of display controllers, centralized control is achieved through protocols such as MODBUS or DEVICENET.
According to on-site requirements, one or more carrier gas flow controllers can be added to achieve multi-component carrier gas injection.
The steam outlet can be equipped with a three-way valve and connected to a gas mass flow controller to dilute the produced steam.
