Ozone aging resistance testing machineThe principle is mainly based on the strong oxidizing property of ozone (O3). Ozone, as a strong oxidant, can quickly react with unsaturated bonds, double bonds, etc. in materials, leading to a decrease in material properties and aging phenomena. It is widely used in fields such as materials science, environmental science, electronics industry, and automotive industry. Ozone generator: The ozone aging testing machine is equipped with an ozone generator inside, which generates ozone gas through specific chemical reactions or corona discharge.
Conveyor system: The generated ozone gas is sent into the test chamber through the conveyor system to ensure a uniform ozone environment inside the test chamber.
