GRYLLS Gas Testing Mass Flow Controller
It is composed of components such as mass flow sensors, laminar flow stratification components, flow controller regulating valves, and amplification control circuits. It is made by utilizing the heat transfer effect of flowing fluid to change the thermal conduction distribution of measuring capillary wall temperature distribution.
The Grylls5901 series mass flowmeter uses the principle of capillary heat transfer before and after temperature difference calorimetry to measure the mass flow rate of gas, which is not affected by temperature and pressure. Amplify the flow signal measured by the sensor, compare it with the set voltage, and use the difference to drive and control the regulating valve, closed-loop control the flow rate through the channel to be equal to the set flow rate.
