Wet nano grinding process
Batch and continuous grinding process
The feeding pump sends the pre dispersed material to the grinding machine, and the grinding cylinder is filled with zirconium beads. The ground material is returned to the material grinding cylinder through a dynamic separation system for multiple cycles of grinding. After the required cycle time is reached, the material is removed through the separation system, depending on the fineness of the product. This process is suitable for situations where high fineness requirements are needed, and grinding processes such as batch and series connection are also required.

Evolution of Separation Systems and Nano Hollow Rotor Design

Open dynamic separation system: capable of effectively dispersing or grinding materials to the nanometer range. To achieve the above objectives, an efficient separation system and high specific energy input are required. By advancing the development of the centrifugal separation system, the gap cylinder in the separation system can also rotate in a positive dynamic separation system, which can process coarse-grained solid-liquid systems. Even under high flow conditions, there is no leakage of grinding beads. The improved discharge port is set in the middle and lower part of the discharge valve, reducing the blockage of the separator in the grinding chamber caused by material precipitation. Equipped with a grinding bead collection tray to avoid the loss of expensive grinding beads and facilitate cleaning.
The design of the circulating horizontal sand mill with high flow rate allows the material to stay in the grinding cylinder for a short time, and the heat generated by grinding can be quickly carried out with the circulating material, solving the heat dissipation problem of traditional sand mills. Especially suitable for grinding heat sensitive products.
