GC-3300 Transformer Oil Gas Chromatography Instrument is an analytical instrument used to detect the content of dissolved gas components in transformer oil. It is suitable for the determination of dissolved gas components in insulation oil of power systems. One injection can complete the full analysis of 7 gases including H ₂, O ₂, CO ₂, CH ₄, C ₂ H ₂, etc. The lower limit of acetylene detection concentration is 0.1ppm. This instrument complies with national standards such as GB/T 17623-1998 and GB/T 7252-2001.

1. It adopts a Chinese display interface and Chinese buttons, with a simple and clear interface. The instrument has a Chinese alarm display for faults and extreme temperature protection, making it convenient for users to quickly master its use.
2. The injection method can be either packed column or capillary split injection without split injection, or gas injection valve injection.
3. The detector can be equipped with FID, TCD, FPD, and ECD.
4. The special processing technology of stainless steel precision furnace makes the temperature gradient small, the cooling speed fast, and meets the requirements of rapid temperature rise and fall.
5. The use of special insulation materials can ensure that the heat transfer between each heating zone is reduced even for small models.
6. According to user needs, online real-time detection can be achieved, using standard Modbus RTU transmission protocol, and real-time analysis data can be automatically uploaded to DCS system, configuration and remote computer.
