GB4706 Temperature rise test angle for household appliances
The standard temperature rise test angle is designed and manufactured according to the testing requirements of Chapter 11 "Heating" of the national standard GB4706.1-2024 (IEC60335-1:2004)test angleIt is also applicable to other relevant standards that need to be usedtest angleThe occasion.test angleMainly used to provide environmental conditions that meet standard requirements for temperature rise testing of various electrical and electrical products. Different temperature measurement point distribution distances, number of temperature measurement points, thermocouple specifications, and external dimensions can be customized according to the actual tested sampletest angleThistest angleThe external dimensions, temperature measurement thermocouple specifications, etc. can be customized according to customer needs.
GB4706 Temperature rise test angle for household appliancesMain technical parameters:
1. Size: (W * D * H) 600x600x600mm;
800x800x800mm;
1000x1000x1000mm
1200x1200x1200mm
1500x1500x1500mm
2000x2000x2000mm(Specification and size can be customized!)
2. Thermocouple: American Omega T-type thermocouple (temperature measuring wire)
3. Thermocouple arrangement: All leads are connected to the output terminal formed by the combination of rotary switch and T-shaped thermocouple socket. Each rotary switch can be connected to 8 temperature measurement thermocouple inputs and output to a T-shaped thermocouple socket. By rotating the rotary switch with different contacts, it is easy to switch between different temperature measurement input points and quickly find the highest temperature rise point. According to customer requirements, instead of using a rotary switch, all thermocouple wires can be connected to a T-shaped thermocouple socket.
4. Temperature measuring copper sheet: 15mm diameter, 1mm thickness brass sheet, all made by wire cutting, with precise dimensions.
5. Temperature measurement points: Customized temperature measurement points
6. Temperature measurement point arrangement: 100x100mm square
7. Plywood: approximately 20mm thick plywood, coated with matte black paint on the front and equipped with perforated metal mesh on the back.
8. Load bearing capacity: greater than 60Kg
The equipment meets the standards:
Satisfy the testing requirements of Chapter 11 "Heating" according to the national standard GB4706.1-2024 (IEC60335-1:2004).
Application fields of temperature rise test angle
1. Electronics field: In the electronics field, the temperature rise test angle can be used to test the temperature changes of various electronic devices to ensure their normal operation. For example, the cooling systems of electronic devices such as computers, mobile phones, tablets, washing machines, microwaves, and refrigerators need to undergo temperature rise tests to ensure that they do not overheat during long-term use.
2. Power field: In the power field, the temperature rise test angle can be used to test the temperature changes of power equipment to ensure its safe operation. For example, power equipment such as transformers, cables, and switches need to undergo temperature rise testing to ensure that they do not overheat under working conditions.
3. Mechanical field: In the mechanical field, the temperature rise test angle can be used to test the temperature changes of various mechanical equipment to ensure its normal operation. For example, mechanical equipment such as engines, gearboxes, and hydraulic systems need to undergo temperature rise testing to ensure that they do not overheat under working conditions.
4. Chemical industry: In the chemical industry, temperature rise testing angles can be used to test temperature changes during various chemical reaction processes to ensure their safe operation. For example, chemical reaction vessels, chemical pipelines, chemical pumps, etc. need to undergo temperature rise testing to ensure that they do not overheat under working conditions.
