2、 Sample breakdown

Pulse voltage test is a destructive test, in which if the test sample cannot withstand the applied voltage, breakdown will occur. When the test sample breaks down, sparks and discharge sounds will be generated, and the peak voltage of the instrument will decrease significantly (close to zero) compared to when it is unloaded. When the same voltage is applied again in the future, the above phenomena will occur;
