The testing instrument is a new product developed by our company based on the national standard GB/T328.14-2007 Test Methods for Building Waterproofing Rolls, Part 14: Low temperature Flexibility of Asphalt Rolls, and the requirements for low-temperature flexibility testing devices. The main body of the instrument is made of 304 stainless steel, and the power source is driven by a permanent magnet low-speed motor. The dual action 8 are arranged in parallel, and can simultaneously produce five samples on both the front and back sides. The controller adopts intelligent temperature controller, digital time relay and related components. The connection between the controller and the host is entirely made using aviation plugs, which is simple, convenient, safe, and effectively saves the space required for instrument use.

The testing instrument is an upgraded version of the electric digital low-temperature flexible testing instrument. The instrument is made of stainless steel and the process ensures temperature control accuracy within ± 1 ℃. The cooling rate is several times that of a regular freezer, and the low temperature can reach -40 ℃. The tester is also made of stainless steel, with the characteristics of simple operation and high work efficiency.
